UP assistant teacher 2018 result, 38 per cent pass, 26,000 vacancies still remain
New Delhi, Aug 14: The UP assistant teacher 2018 result has been declared and only 38 per cent have managed to clear the exam. The results are available on the official website.

As a result of this 26,000 posts would remain vacant. The exam was held to fill up 68,500 vacancies of assistant teachers in government primary schools. However only 41,556 aspirants managed to clear the exam.Nearly 1.25 lakh had registered for the exam, but only 1.07 lakh took the test.
The examination to fill 68500 teachers was held on May 27. At the time the results were declared, the website was not responding due to heavy traffic. Candidates are advised to be patient. The results are available on https://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/att2018/tet_regno.aspx
