Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Highlights Global Respect for Indian Doctors
Speaking at a national conference, Union minister Nitin Gadkari stated that six out of ten best physicians in the UK and the USA are from India. He emphasized on the need for affordable healthcare, more medical colleges, AIIMS campuses and an increased retirement age for government doctors to meet growing demand.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, in a recent address at a national conference of the Association of Cutaneous Surgeons in Nagpur, hailed Indian doctors for their global recognition and contributions. He asserted that out of the top 10 physicians in the UK and USA, six are of Indian origin. The minister's remarks underscored the significant role played by Indian medical professionals globally.
