ugcnet.nta.ac.in Shares UGC NET Exam Date 2025
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has unveiled the UGC NET June 2025 exam schedule. The exams are set for June 25 to June 29, 2025, with two sessions each day. The detailed timetable is accessible on the official website @ ugcnet.nta.ac.in. This Computer-Based Test (CBT) will span five days, with each day split into two slots: 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
Initially planned from June 21 to June 30, the UGC NET June session has been rescheduled. The updated dates now range from June 25 to June 29, 2025. The NTA will release a City Intimation Slip about ten days before the exams. Admit cards will be available two to three days prior to the exam date.

UGC NET Exam Schedule
On June 25, subjects like Education, Public Administration, and Environmental Sciences will be tested in the morning slot. In the afternoon, Electronic Science and Mass Communication among others will be covered. The following day includes Arab Culture and Islamic Studies in the first session and Political Science in the second.
June 27 features Commerce and Defence Studies in the morning. Anthropology and Visual Art are scheduled for later that day. On June 28, Psychology and Ayurveda Biology are among the subjects for the first session, while Management topics are reserved for the afternoon.
Final Day of Exams
The last day of exams on June 29 includes French and Economics in the morning slot. Sociology and Geography are scheduled for later that day. This comprehensive schedule ensures a wide array of subjects is covered over these five days.
The UGC NET is conducted twice a year by NTA to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professorship, and PhD admissions in India.
