UGC NET June 2025: Download Link For Exam City Slip Coming Soon At ugcnet.nta.ac.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to conduct the UGC NET June 2025 examination from June 25 to 29. While the subject-wise detailed schedule is already available on the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in - candidates are now awaiting the release of the exam city intimation slips and admit cards, which will be issued in that order.

The exam city slip will inform candidates about the city where their examination centre will be located. Once released, the admit card will provide comprehensive details, including the complete address of the exam centre, reporting time, paper schedule, and important exam day guidelines.

As per the official schedule, the examination will be conducted in two shifts daily - the first shift from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The UGC NET June 2025 question paper will consist of two sections, both featuring objective-type multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between the two sections. Paper I will carry 100 marks, while Paper II will be worth 200 marks. Except for language-specific subjects, the question paper will be available in both English and Hindi. Candidates must respond in the language they selected during the application process.

  • Visit the official UGC NET website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
  • Click on the link for "UGC NET June 2025 Admit Card" or "Exam City Slip."
  • Enter your login credentials (application number and password/date of birth).
  • Submit the information and download the document.

UGC NET is a national-level eligibility test conducted for three primary purposes:

(i) Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor,
(ii) Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D programmes, and
(iii) Admission to Ph.D programmes only.
