UGC NET 2024 Results

The provisional answer key for the CSIR-UGC NET exam, which was conducted on July 25, 26, and 27, was released on August 9. Candidates were given the opportunity to review the provisional answer key and submit any objections they had by August 11.

Each objection required a payment of Rs 200. Subject experts will now review these objections, and if any are found to be valid, the final answer key will be revised accordingly. The final results for the CSIR NET will be based on this revised answer key.

Over 2,25,000 candidates appeared for the exam at 348 centres across 187 cities. The test was conducted in two shifts on the first two days, from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 6 pm. On July 27, the exam was held in a single shift.

The UGC NET cut-off marks will be released along with the final results. Candidates from the general category must score at least 40 per cent in both papers to qualify, while those from reserved categories must achieve at least 35 per cent.
