Uber rape case: Court order on charges Jan 13

New Delhi, Jan 9: A court here Friday reserved order on framing of charges against Uber cab driver who is accused of raping a woman executive in the capital Dec 5.

Additional Sessions Judge Kaveri Baweja reserved for Jan 13 the order on issue of framing charges after the prosecution and defence concluded arguments in the case.

Thirty-two-year old taxi driver Shiv Kumar Yadav allegedly raped the woman executive on the night of Dec 5 in the cab she hired to head back home in north Delhi's Inderlok area.
