Uber rape case: Court frames charges against cab driver

New Delhi, Jan 13: A court here on Tuesday framed rape and other charges against the Uber cab driver who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman executive in the capital Dec 5 last year.

Delhi court frames charges of rape, kidnapping, criminal intimidation against Shiv Kumar Yadav.

The police had caught Yadav shortly after he committed the crime.
