Mumbai shocker: Two-year-old girl raped ; accused absconding

Mumbai, Jan 15: A two-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 22-year-old man in Western suburbs, police said.

The shocking incident took place last night at MHB Colony locality here, a senior police officer said. The accused has been identified as a 22-year-old man, who is yet to be arrested, he said.

A case under relevant sections of IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered and a probe was on, the officer added.
