Two sisters allegedly commit suicide

Fatehabad (Har), Apr 4: Two sisters today allegedly committed suicide by shooting themselves with the licenced revolver of their father in Bhuna area here, police said.

Komal (24) and Shilpa (23), shot themselves at their home in the absence of their family members, they said.

At the time of the incident, their mother Santosh, a teacher, had gone to school in a nearby village, while father Mahesh Raheja had gone to his shop in the grain market.

The women's brother, Hardik Raheja found their bodies when he returned from his college, police said. A purported suicide note has been found from their house, which is now in the custody of police. However, police did not share the contents of the note.
