Uttar Pradesh: Two mowed down by tanker

Two of a family were killed after their bike was hit by a tanker in Hayatnagar area in Sambahl.

Sambahl (UP), Dec 14: Two persons were killed after their bike was hit by a tanker in Hayatnagar area here, police said today.

Guddu (48) and his nephew Kishan Pal (30) were hit by the speeding tanker last evening, injuring them seriously.

Both were rushed to the hospital, where they died during treatment. Police has seized the vehicle while its driver managed to escape.
