Two children die after drinking contaminated water

Ballia (UP), Dec 18: Two children died and four others of the family fell sick after allegedly consuming contaminated

in Piprauli Badgaon village here, official sources said today. Hamid (8) and his brother Tauqir (4 months) died after allegedly drinking contaminated water yesterday, Chief Medical officer Dr Mansoor Ahmad said.

The other four who fell sick have been admitted to the hospital, he said, adding that condition of Majid (4) is stated to be critical.
