Army Major, sepoy martyred in terrorist attack at Shopian J&K
Two Army personnel including a Major have been martyred in a terrorist attack at Shopian. Terrorists attacked an Army party at Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir in the wee hours of Thursday.

Major Kamlesh Pandey and sepoy Tanzin Chhultim laid down their lives while terrorists suspected to be part of the Hizbul Mujahideen. The wounded personnel were admitted to the Army's 92 base hospital. The Army paid tributes to the martyred personnel.
Earlier two terrorists killed in a pre-dawn operation at Kulgam. Security forces launched an operation following intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
On its Twitter handle, the Northern Command IA has said that after the killing of two terrorists weapons were recovered. This signalled that the operation at Kulgam was over.
The operation comes two days following the killing of Lashkar-e-Tayiba terrorist Abu Dujana. Security forces had killed Dujana and his accomplice in Pulwama on Tuesday. Dujana who has given the forces the slip on numerous occasions was classified as a Grade A++ terrorist.
