Twitterati wishes Smriti Irani on 39th birthday

New Delhi, March 23: Union HRD Minister and BJP leader Smriti Irani on Monday, March 23, turned 39-year-old.

Smriti Irani also launched UGC's online grievance redressal portal for students.
