New Delhi, March 23: Union HRD Minister and BJP leader Smriti Irani on Monday, March 23, turned 39-year-old.

Smriti Irani also launched UGC's online grievance redressal portal for students.

Various BJP leaders wished Irani on her birthday on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
