Twitterati lash Chhattisgarh IAS officer: Here is why

Raipur, May 5: An IAS officer from Chhattisgarh drew criticism from Twitterati after a picture of his visit to a hospital went viral on social media.

The IAS officer identified as Jagdish Sonkar was clicked when he was talking to the mother of an ill child.

In the photo he can be seen standing with his left foot resting on the steel rail of the hospital bed.

Dr Jagdish Sonkar, an IAS officer of the 2013 batch and posted as sub-divisional magistrate of Ramanujganj in Balrampur district, clicked in this pose while visiting a government hospital to meet mothers of malnourished children.
