TV Actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya Killed In Road Accident

Television actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya of 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' fame was killed in a road accident, according to a report in ANI.

Producer JD Majethia shared the news of her death on his Instagram account. He said that the actress died in an accident in North India. The final rites will be performed today at 11 am.

"Life is so unpredictable. A very fine actress, dear friend Vaibhavi Upadhyay popularly known as 'Jasmine' of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai passed away. She met with an accident in the north. Family will bring her to Mumbai tomorrow morning around 11 am for last rites. RIP Vaibhavi (sic)," JD Majethia said.

The actress had also worked in Deepika Padukone's 'Chhapaak' in 2020 and 'Timir' (2023).

The news of Vaibhavi's death comes a few days after actor Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead at his apartment in Mumbai. The 32-year was found dead in the washroom of his apartment.
