Tourist Helpline to have 12 more languages
New Delhi, Sept 16: Tourist Helpline 1363 will have 12 more languages as the Tourism Ministry aims to reach out as many tourists.
Currently, the Helpline number 1363 for tourists is functioning in Hindi and English. As per the plan, more Indian and foreign languages will be added to cater to the large section of the foreign and domestic tourists.
Sharma said the Ministry is giving importance to Hindi as much as possible and a lot of official work of the Ministry is also being done in Hindi.
Tourism Secretary Vinod Zutshi informed that Ministry will also launch a magazine in Hindi with the name of Atulya Bharat.
