TN Guv Rosaiah, Jayalalithaa extend Onam greetings
"I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to the Malayalees living in Tamil Nadu and in other parts of the country. May this festival, which symbolizes the richness of culture and tradition, promote peace, harmony and unity and bring in prosperity", Rosaiah said in a Raj Bhavan release.
In her greetings, Jayalalithaa said Onam festival brings with it the ideal of living in harmony with a sense of love, peace and brotherhood.
