TMC likely to move SC against 'CBI misuse' in Saradha case
Kolkata, Jan 4: Trinamool Congress is exploring all options including moving the Supreme Court against the alleged misuse of CBI by the Centre in the Saradha Chit Fund scam in which some of the party leaders are accused to be involved.
"The party is exploring all options including taking the matter to Supreme Court against the blatant misuse of CBI by the Centre to settle political score in the Saradha investigation," sources in the party familiar with the development said.

TMC Rajya Sabha member and party spokesperson Derek O'Brien said, "The use of CBI against us in the Saradha scam is a classic case of how the institution is used for political vendetta. We will fight this politically, legally and in every way that is possible in a parliamentary democracy."
