TMC expells local leader for indulging in anti-party activities
Howrah, Aug 2: A Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader of Howrah district was expelled from the party today for indulging in anti-party activities.
The president of Howrah district unit of TMC and state minister Arup Roy said Sheikh Mohammed Ibrahim Gora was expelled as there were complaints of anti-party activities against him for a long time.
There were allegations in the party against him in connection with the assault of the present president of the panchayat samity Hafizul Islam yesterday.
