Timeline: Delhi policemen murdered or killed in road accidents

New Delhi, Jan 13: The following is a timeline of Delhi Police personnel murdered or killed in road accidents in the last one year:

Feb 14, 2014: Sub-Inspector Hem Raj met with an accident on his way back to police headquarters and succumbed to his injuries.

March 4, 2014: Constable Bintu met with an accident while on duty near IIT Gate in south Delhi.

April 21, 2014: Constable Prahlad Sahai Meena met with an accident in west Delhi's Najafgarh.

June 14, 2014: Constable Mana Ram, posted at the Patel Nagar Traffic Circle, was run over by a car at Zakhira flyover in north Delhi.

July 16, 2014: Constable Vikas Kumar along with other staff met with an accident while on duty near east Delhi's Dilshad Garden area.

Nov 9, 2014: Constable Satendra died in south Delhi's Sunlight Colony area when a speeding truck hit his motorbike from behind.

Dec 14, 2014: Assistant Sub-Inspector Nagender Pal and constable Sawarkar Pralhad, who were on duty at a police picket in Kalindi Kunj in south Delhi, were run over after they tried to flag down a speeding private taxi.

Dec 18, 2014: Sub-Inspector Hazarilal was run over by a speeding truck in west Delhi's Alipur.

Jan 12, 2015: Constable Karamveer was shot dead by a liquor supplier in west Delhi's Alipur.

Jan 12, 2015: Sub-Inspector Subedar Khan died and his two other colleagues seriously injured after the police van they were sitting in was hit by a speeding truck in east Delhi's Mayur Vihar area.
