3 civilians killed in Pakistan shelling in Jammu
Jammu, Aug 28: Three civilians were killed and three injured on Friday, Aug 28 in unprovoked shelling by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
"Two civilians were killed and three injured in indiscriminate shelling by Pakistan Rangers in R.S. Pura sector of the International Border in Jammu district," a senior police officer told IANS.

Subhash Chander, a resident of R.S. Pura area, and Banso Devi, who lived in Buregeal village, were killed.
"Pakistan Rangers resorted to shelling and firing at 1 a.m. today (Friday) and our side has appropriately retaliated," he said, adding the firing exchanges were underway.
