Three arrested in Maha for betting on IPL final
Aurangabad (Maha), May 30: Three persons have been arrested here for allegedly betting on the IPL final match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of the city Crime Branch and Economic Offenses Wing led by DCP Sandeep Atole raided an apartment in the R B Hills area here late last night and nabbed the three persons - Naresh Potalwad, Ajit Agle aka Chhotu and Prakash Thole - while they were betting on the match played in Bengaluru, they said.

A mini telephone exchange board used for giving connections to the bookies, some cash, 48 mobile handsets, a laptop, a television set and some paper chits were recovered from them. Potalwad was arrested earlier also under charges of betting during the last season of IPL, police said.
A case has been registered with the Mukundwadi police station and further probe is on, they added.
