Bengaluru Airport Command Centre Receives Threat: '12 Bombers On 6 Indigo Flights'
A bomb threat was sent to the Bengaluru airport command centre via an anonymous account on X, claiming there were 12 bombers distributed across six IndiGo flights, with two on each aircraft.
The flights identified were IX233, IX375, IX481, IX383, IX549, and IX399, according to an India Today report.

These flights are departing from various airports within the country, including routes such as Mangalore to Dubai and Thiruvananthapuram to Muscat.
This marks the second bomb threat directed at Kempegowda Airport in the past week, though no case has yet been registered, according to a senior police officer.
Security forces have confirmed that these flights do not originate from Bengaluru.
Airport authorities have been notified, but IndiGo has yet to file a formal complaint in Bengaluru.
Meanwhile, budget airline IndiGo confirmed that six of its flights had received bomb threats. In a statement, the airline emphasised that the safety and security of its passengers and crew are its highest priority, and that they are working closely with the relevant authorities, following all necessary precautions as per the guidelines.
On Sunday, more than 20 Indian airline flights reportedly received bomb threats, according to sources and as reported by news agency PTI.
IndiGo, Vistara, and Air India each had six flights targeted. Vistara confirmed receiving threats for six flights: UK25 (Delhi to Frankfurt), UK106 (Singapore to Mumbai), UK146 (Bali to Delhi), UK116 (Singapore to Delhi), UK110 (Singapore to Pune), and UK107 (Mumbai to Singapore).
Earlier on Saturday, six flights that had received bomb threats via social media made scheduled landings at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
