These Pics prove Swachh Bharat is not working, Rahul Gandhi is right
Bengaluru, Nov 26: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday, Nov 25, faced an embarrassing moment when he asked students of the all-women Mount Carmel College if Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pet initiatives Clean India (Swachh Bharat) and Make in India, were working, they responded with a loud yes.
Students' positive response left Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and state Home Minister G Parameshwara red-faced.

The Congress scion was interacting with about 500 girl students in the reputed autonomous institution on "Role of youth in building a vibrant India", amid tight security.
When a bemused Gandhi again asked students if Make in India was also working, they replied in unison with 'yes'! ['Smart Swachh Malleshwaram' campaign launched in Bengaluru]
Siddaramaiah: Please take note
Although it is a prerogative of the Central government to make sure that Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign is effectively implemented across the country, without fail, but at the same it is the duty of the state governments to help in making their states clean.
Besides governing the state, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah-led Congress government is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the state. The state administration should take stern action on those who fail to deliver their duties, within the specified time.
Bengaluru, that is known as 'India's Silicon Valley' should be free from filth, garbage and pothole-filled roads. BBMP, which is controlled by Congress and JD(S), should make sure that Bengaluru roads should remain clean.

Here are some garbage-filled pictures of Namma Bengaluru, that rightly proved Rahul Gandhi's point that the IT city is not at all clean. Most of the pics are taken from Jayanagar, South Bengaluru, but, ironically, they showcase the reality of many such Indian streets, irrespective of the fact that which state is ruled by which party.

Blot on IT City
On whether Swachh Bharat is working, Rahul Gandhi differed with students saying, "You might see it I don't", adding,"Anyway, I don't clearly see a vision that the BJP is projecting".

Shameful Pics: Garbage-filled & stinky Bengaluru
Rahul's embarrassing moment gave enough fodder to the BJP to defend their ambitious programmes.
BJPspokesperson Sambit Patra called Rahul ignorant, but if he looks at these pics, then, he will himself feel 'ignorant'.

Blot on IT City
These garbage-laden pics "disconnect" BJP with the ground and "expose" how Swachh Bharat initiative is working.

Pic taken at Jayanagar
A child looks on a heap of stinky garbage-- a dangerous hazard for health and a breeding ground for diseases.

Shocking Mirror of Bengaluru!
It's time for the political parties to know the vibrations on the ground and to stop politicise such matters, that paint the picture of India in a bad light.

Man walks nearby garbage
Snap poll done by Rahul Gandhi proved young students absolutely wrong, if these real pics are taken seriously.

Let's discuss filth buddy!
Two men walk past by a main road at Jayanagar, 3rd block.

Is it enough?

I will clean Bengaluru!
A man tries his bit in clearing the mess, but he is not even wearing gloves.

Dustbin says 'Use Me'
A man is seeing throwing something near a dustbin, surrounded by garbage.

Near NMKRV College
Pedestrians are forced to walk through the stinky garbage, as no one seems to take care of it.

Neglected!
Although, a lot of dirty politics has been done over 'holy cow'. It's high time to give them something to eat they deserve and not your waste! A helpless dog is also seen here.

Near Yediyur Lake
Please someone fix this mess, before foreign media takes note of it and publish on their front pages!

Intolerance: Bengaluru is waiting to get cleaned
Isn't it "intolerance", to see the IT city in a pitiable condition full of garbage and also potholes-filled roads?
