Although it is not clear who exactly this doctor, in the video he is referred to as Abu al Muqati.
An Indian doctor who featured in an Islamic State video has left security agencies puzzled. The ISIS had released a 15.28 minute video in which it speaks about the health services that the group is offering.

The Indian doctor in the video speaks about the health services that are being offered by the group. We have people from many countries working in the physiotherapy centre of the hospital, the doctor says.
We have a team of female staffers for women and children who visit the hospital. We appeal to medical professionals from all over the world to come and join the Islamic movement, the doctor says.
Indian agencies are currently decoding the video. An official informed OneIndia that it appears to be a message from the ISIS to rope in doctors from India. With the ISIS suffering heavy losses, it is in need of medical staff. Moreover the ISIS has always favoured nurses and doctors from India, the IB officer also said. In the video, the doctor is also seen calling on people from Sri Lanka, Australia and Russia as well.
Although it is not clear who exactly this doctor, in the video he is referred to as Abu al Muqati. It is a code name, the officer says while also adding that the dialect suggests that he is from South India. He has been part of the group for sometime now and is actively trying to recruit Indians into the group, the officer also noted.
