Terror Strikes Doda: J&K Police Hunt For Attackers, 4 Sketches Released
The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday released sketches of four terrorists involved in two recent attacks in Doda district.
The police department has also announced a reward of Rs 20 lakh for information leading to their arrest.

On Tuesday, terrorists opened fire on a joint checkpost of the 4 Rashtriya Rifles and police at Chattergalla in Bhaderwah. The next day, a search party in the Gandoh area was ambushed, injuring seven security personnel, including a policeman.
"The Jammu and Kashmir Police have released sketches of four terrorists who are believed to be in the upper reaches of Bhaderwah, Thathri, and Gandoh, carrying out terror-related activities," PTI quoted a police spokesperson as saying. A cash reward of Rs 5 lakh has been announced for information on each of the terrorists.
The police have urged the public to provide any information regarding the whereabouts and movements of these terrorists.
On Tuesday night, the police also released a sketch of a terrorist involved in an attack on a passenger bus in Reasi district, announcing a Rs 20 lakh reward for information leading to his arrest.
The attack occurred on Sunday, targeting a bus carrying pilgrims from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Delhi. The bus was en route from the Shiv Khori temple to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra, near Teryath village in the Poni area, when gunfire caused it to plunge into a deep gorge, killing nine people and injuring 41 others.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police continue to seek public assistance to apprehend those responsible for these violent acts and ensure the safety of the region.
