T'gana CM to now handle Comm Taxes
Hyderabad, Apr 25: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would handle Commercial Taxes and Rural Water Supply portfolios from today in addition to the existing portfolios.
A notification making changes in portfolios in the council of ministers was issued by Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma today. Commercial Taxes and Rural Water Supply were held by T Srinivas Yadav. He would now look after Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Development Corporation and Cinematography.

Rao's son K T Rama Rao has been given the important portfolios of Industries and Commerce, Public Enterprises, Mines and Geology and NRI Affairs in addition to the existing portfolio (Municipal Administration).
Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, held so far by Rama Rao, have gone to Jupalli Krishna Rao. Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy has been given additional charge of Cooperation, according to the notification.
