Telangana BJP Chief Continues Hunger Strike Against KCR
Telangana BJP president and Union minister G Kishan on Tuesday continued his hunger strike against the KC Rao government at the party office in Nampally, Hyderabad.
On Monday, Hyderabad Police detained Reddy while he was sitting on a 24-hour hunger strike against K Chandrashekar Rao government in the state in Hyderabad's Indira Park.

The police also took into custody BJP workers who had gathered in a show of support for the state BJP president.
Reddy asserted that he had been "detained" for "voicing his protest against the unfulfilled promises of the BRS regarding employment opportunities for the youth."

"Detained by the KCR government - All because I protested against the unmet commitments regarding jobs and the youth," posted the Telangana BJP president on X.
In another X post, he characterized his arrest as the "downfall" of K. Chandrashekar Rao.
"Your downfall, KCR garu, is tied to our arrest... The struggle continues, advocating for the rights of the people of Telangana. The KCR government cannot disrupt the peaceful protests of the BJP, which aim to address the concerns of the unemployed youth under his governance," Reddy stated on X.
Reddy began a hunger strike, alleging "injustice against the unemployed youth under the KCR government."
