Tamil Nadu: Row over banana lands two cops in hospital
Chennai, Mar 11: In a bizarre case, two policeman in Tamil Nadu landed in hospital after row over banana, media reported.
The scuffle broke out between two cops identified as Special sub-inspector Radha and driver Saravanan when former ate bananas kept by later for morning.
Duo were on night patrolling in Trichy on Wednesday when fight erupted between them, reported the Times of India.
The duo who were bleeding from the nose and limbs were admitted to hospital after other cops intervened in the matter.
Senior officials of the department are said to be inquiring into the incident.
