Swami Vivekanandas Vision for India Realized by PM Modi, Says Jitendra Singh

Union Minister Jitendra Singh asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has actualized Swami Vivekanandas vision for India, positioning the country as a global leader in multiple areas.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh asserted on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has successfully implemented Swami Vivekananda's vision for India, enabling the country to emerge as a global leader in various fields. Addressing an event in Jammu to commemorate Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary, Singh highlighted the remarkable progress India has made in realizing the vision set forth by Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th century.

Capacity Building of Youth

Singh emphasized the significance of capacity building among the youth, enabling them to harness their full potential and channel their energies towards nation-building. He urged everyone to leverage their strengths, potential, and talents during the upcoming 25 years of "Amrit Kaal" to contribute to the realization of a developed India by 2047.

NEP 2020: Empowering Students

Singh highlighted the alignment of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 with Swami Vivekananda's ideals of education, which prioritize capacity building and the holistic development of individuals. He noted that NEP 2020 empowers students by providing them with the freedom to choose and change subjects based on their aptitudes, breaking free from the constraints of parental aspirations.

Welfare Schemes for Social Upliftment

Singh also highlighted the positive impact of various welfare schemes implemented by the Union government. He mentioned the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, which has enhanced transparency in the delivery of benefits, and the Ujjwala Yojana, which provides free gas cylinders to beneficiaries without discrimination.
