Faith in Judiciary: SUV Driver's Wife Reacts to Bail in Coaching Centre Case

Manuj Kathuria, the SUV driver involved in the tragic drowning of three students, was granted bail on Thursday. His wife expressed their trust in the judicial system. "We are very happy. Manuj is going to be home. As I said earlier, we have full faith in the judicial system. We have not had the time to process anything in the last five days," Shima Kathuria stated.

Earlier that day, a city court approved Kathuria's bail request, noting that he was implicated with excessive enthusiasm. The prosecution informed the court of their decision to drop the severe charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder against him.
