New Delhi, Nov 16 External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj a couple of hours back updated her friends about her health and tweeted that she was in AIIMs due to kidney failure and she was on dialysis. She also further mentioned that she was undergoing tests for a kidney transplant.Since she tweeted about her health she had got more than four thousand retweets and more than seven thousand favourites.
