Sushma Swaraj admitted in hospital due to kidney failure
Sushma Swaraj was on dialysis and was undergoing tests for a kidney transplant.
New Delhi, Nov 16: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj took to Twitter and informed people that she was admitted at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) because of kidney failure. She further said that she was on dialysis and was undergoing tests for a kidney transplant.

Sushma Swaraj was admitted at AIIMS on November 7 for some endocrinological tests.
"Sushmaji is a diabetic because of which her kidney has got affected. She is undergoing dialysis. She is stable now," doctors at AIIMS said.
According to the doctor, Sushma Swaraj's sugar level remains high, due to which she is facing severe diabetic problems.
Earlier, Sushma Swaraj, was admitted to AIIMS for several weeks in April this year due to chest congestion.
