Sushilkumar Shinde gets legal notice from Gen VK Singh

New Delhi, March 1:In the wake of joining the

, Gen

has filed a legal notice to Home MInister

, accusing him of not taking any action against individuals who accused Singh of leading a mutiny in 2012.

Singh had earlier justified that the movement of armed troops toward Delhi in January 2012 was a routine exercise.

He also alleged that Shinde's action falsely pointed toward a nexus between the accused and him. The letter clearly explained how Shinde had disregarded the national interest and abetted the commission of sedition, treason and violation of Official Secrets Act.

VK Singh is likely to join BJP today.
