Sunanda Pushkar death case: Delhi HC seeks status report in 3 days

The court had observed that there is a delay in the case already.

The Delhi High Court has sought a status report on the death of Sunanda Pushkar in three days. The court asked the Delhi police to file a status report within three days.

The court is hearing a petition that sought a CBI investigation into the death of Sunanda Pushkar. The petition was filed by BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP, Subramanian Swamy.

On the last date of hearing the court had asked the Ministry for Home Affairs and Delhi police to inform about the status of the case. The court had observed that there is a delay in the case already.
