SSC GD Exam City Slips Released: Find Your Exam Centre And Date
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the exam city slips for candidates who have applied for the Constable (GD) examination, which includes roles in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau, according to a Jagran Josh report.
Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications for these positions can now check their individual exam city details through the official SSC website. The exam city details will be available approximately 10 days before the commencement of each respective examination shift. For example, if a candidate's examination is scheduled for February 10, their exam city slip will be available by February 1.

For those who are set to take their exams on the earlier dates, the exam city slips are already available. The release schedule for the exam city slips is as follows:
- For February 4 exam, the city slip was released on January 26.
- For February 5 exam, the city slip was released on January 27.
- For February 6 exam, the city slip was released on January 28.
- For February 7 exam, the city slip was released on January 29.
The remaining exam city slips will be released progressively, with the final city slip for the February 25 exam being released on February 15.
The SSC has also made the Admit Cards, now referred to as the "Admission Certificate cum Commission Copy," available for download. Candidates can access their admit cards through the SSC website four days before their exam. The "Admission Certificate cum Commission Copy" must be carried to the examination centre, as it will be retained by the exam authorities as a record of the candidate's participation.
It is essential for candidates to download the Admission Certificate in advance and ensure they have an additional copy for their reference. This new procedure has been outlined clearly by the SSC, which recommends keeping a spare copy in case of future reference needs.
In addition, candidates are advised to follow the steps below to check their exam city slip:
1. Visit the official SSC website: www.ssc.gov.in
2. Log in using their registration details.
3. After logging in, select the exam.
4. Check the exam date and the city of the examination centre.
The exam city slip will contain crucial information, including the examination city, the timing of the exam, and the specific date assigned to each candidate. This slip serves as a critical document for exam day, and candidates are advised to keep it safe.
