The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the Constable (GD) recruitment examination for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau in February 2025, according to a Hindustan Times report.

The SSC GD 2025 exam will take place on the following dates:

February 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 25, 2025.

SSC GD 2025: Admit Card And Exam City Slip

SSC will first release a city intimation slip, which will inform candidates of the location of their examination centres. This will be followed by the release of the admit card, which will include important details such as:

  • Name and address of the exam centre
  • Exam date and timing
  • Reporting time
  • Exam day guidelines

SSC GD 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed the Class 10 final exam on or before January 1, 2025.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 23 years old as of January 1, 2025.

SSC GD 2025: Selection Process

The recruitment process includes the following stages:

  • Computer-Based Examination (CBE)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Physical Standard Test (PST)
  • Medical Examination/Document Verification

The computer-based test will consist of:

  • 160 marks
  • 80 questions (each carrying 2 marks)
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Languages: English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
