SSC CGL Final Result 2024 Announced: Cut-Off Marks, Selection Criteria & How To Check

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the final results for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results on the official website, ssc.gov.in, in PDF format.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 results were declared on December 5, followed by the Tier 2 exams, which were conducted on January 18, 19, 20, and 31. The final selection is based on candidates' combined performance in Tier 1 and Tier 2.

SSC CGL Final Result 2024: Selection Criteria

According to the official notice, only candidates who submitted their option-cum-preference online have been considered for the final selection. Additionally, candidates must have cleared Section-I and Section-II for their Section-III evaluations to be included in the selection process.

Candidates can follow these steps to check their results:

1. Visit the official website: ssc.gov.in
2. Click on the link 'Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 - Declaration of Final Result' available on the homepage.
3. The result PDF will appear on the screen.
4. Download and take a printout for reference.

SSC CGL Final Result 2024: Category-Wise Cut-Off Marks

The cut-off marks vary for different categories. The minimum qualifying mark for the Unreserved (UR) category is 322.77352, while for Other Backward Classes (OBC), it is 306.27841. The cut-off for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates stands at 300.03797.

For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the cut-off marks are 285.45888 and 266.49513, respectively. The cut-off for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) is 202.28472, while it is 258.66022 for Orthopaedically Handicapped (OH), 181.89266 for Hearing Handicapped (HH), and 219.45053 for Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates. Those under the PwD-other category have a cut-off of 136.73346.
