Smriti Irani files her nomination from Amethi
Irani said that she was confident of contesting from Amethi. "This democracy is not a legacy of any family, am here to fight the Congress, not its B-team," she said while dismissing AAP.
Smriti Irani is likely to have a road show before filing her nomination. Many leaders of BJP are expected to be present during her nomination process.
While speaking to reporters, Irani said that Amethi was devoid of development in the past 6 decades. She then said that she was sent here because people were denied of their basic rights here.
