Smriti Irani's daughter Shanelle Irani ties knot with NRI Arjun Bhalla in intimate ceremony in Rajasthan

While Shanelle is Zubin Irani's daughter from his first marriage, Zohr and Zoish are Smriti Irani's children with her husband Zubin Irani.

New Delhi, Feb 09: Union minister Smriti Irani's daughter Shanelle Irani tied the knot with NRI Arjun Bhalla in the 15th-century Khimsar Fort - now a heritage hotel - with family members and close friends in attendance. The minister had earlier shared the news of the couple getting engaged in December 2021 on her Instagram account.

The ceremonies began with the rituals like 'mehandi' and application of turmeric on Wednesday and will culminate in the night with a musical and dance programme along with dinner.

Shanelle is a lawyer by profession. She completed her law course from the Government Law College in Mumbai and then got an LLM degree from Georgetown University Law Centre, Washington DC. Media reports claim that Bhalla is an MBA degree holder. He reportedly lives in Canada, with his family of four - parents, Sunil and Shabina Bhalla and a younger brother. He is a legal expert and has worked as a legal consultant to several leading companies in Canada, while Shanel is an advocate.

Recently, Irani stated that her elder daughter's name was given by none other than Pathaan actor Shah Rukh Khan. She made the statement when she was asked to comment on the boycott call against the movie Pathaan.

Notably, Smriti Irani has two children, a son named Zohr Irani and a daughter named Zoish Irani. Despite her busy schedule and demanding political career, Smriti has always made time for her children and has been very protective of their privacy.
