Smriti Irani to be President of India?

New Delhi, Nov 24: Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani has been told that she could become the President of India one day. This prediction has been made by a Rajasthan-based astrologer on Sunday.

The HRD Minister on Sunday visited Karoi village in Bhilwara, Rajasthan with her husband Zubin Irani to meet astrologer Pandit Nathulal Vyas.

The astrologer told that she would be the President in coming years. According to report, the same astrologer had predicted a bright political career and big post for Smriti just before she became Minister in the Modi Government.

The Minister's visit was aimed at expressing gratitude to the astrologer for making correct prediction. Smriti spent 4 hours at the astrologer's home and asked several questions regarding her future.

As per astrologer's predictions, Smriti was appointed as HRD Minister in NDA Government despite losing election to Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi in Amethi.

During the meeting, Pandit Vyas again predicted Smriti's success. He said that she would become the President of country one day.

Defending her visit, Smrit on Monday said that she didn't even have a birth chart.

"I don't have any astrological chart," she said.
