The investigation into the alleged murder of Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal has taken a fresh turn after a video purportedly showing accused Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary together at a cricket stadium surfaced on social media.

The video, which has gone viral, is now drawing widespread attention as police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Ketan's death. Officials have not yet confirmed whether the video forms part of the evidence in the case, but it has added a new dimension to the ongoing investigation.

Police Question Siya Goyal's Family

On Saturday, Pune Rural Police summoned Siya Goyal's parents, Pravin and Puja Goyal, along with her brother Sahil, to the Lonavala Rural Police Station for questioning.

According to police, their statements are being recorded as part of the investigation into the events leading up to Ketan Agarwal's death.

Chetan and Siya were watching a match that was being broadcast on national television.

Sahil had already been questioned for more than 10 hours on Friday before being allowed to leave. Investigators are examining whether family members had prior knowledge of Siya's relationship with co-accused Chetan Chaudhary or any developments before the incident.

Father Briefly Hospitalised After Arrest

Police sources said Siya's father was briefly admitted to hospital after learning about his daughter's arrest earlier this week.

Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary have been arrested in connection with the death of 25-year-old Ketan Agarwal, who died after falling from a cliff at Lohagad Fort in Pune district on June 18.

According to investigators, Ketan and Siya were engaged and were scheduled to marry in November.

Police allege that Siya did not want to go ahead with the marriage and conspired with Chetan to kill Ketan. These allegations remain under investigation and will be tested during the trial.

Family Seeks Speedy Trial

On Friday, Ketan's father, Vishal Agarwal, met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to seek a fast-track trial in the case.

According to officials, the Chief Minister accepted the family's request to pursue the matter in a fast-track court and appointed senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam as the special public prosecutor.
The decision is expected to speed up the legal proceedings once the investigation is completed.

Police Probe Deleted Phone Chats

Digital evidence continues to play a central role in the investigation.
Police claim that Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary deleted their phone conversations and cleared their recycle bins before and after the incident.

Both mobile phones have been sent to a forensic laboratory, where experts are attempting to recover the deleted messages and other digital evidence.
Investigators believe the recovered data could help establish communication between the accused before Ketan's death.

Café Meeting Under Scanner

According to police, Siya and Chetan allegedly met at a café on the day of the incident before travelling to Lohagad Fort.

Investigators suspect the meeting may have been used to discuss the alleged plan and identify the exact location where Ketan was later pushed from the cliff.

Police have also alleged that Chetan encouraged Siya to eliminate her fiancé. These claims form part of the prosecution's investigation and have not yet been examined by a court.

Candlelight Vigil Organised for Ketan

As the investigation continues, residents and well-wishers have organised a candlelight vigil in memory of Ketan Agarwal.
The event is being held at the Belmondo Housing Society in Gahunje, where Ketan lived.
Friends, neighbours and family members are expected to gather to pay tribute while demanding justice for the 25-year-old realtor.
