Indrani’s controversial past decoded: Siddharth das's revelations about his relation with Sheena

New Delhi, Sept 1: Shocking facts continue tumbling out in sensational Sheena murder case. The high profile murder case has become big riddle for police too as no accused has yet admitted his crime.

Another shocking revelation has been made by Siddharth Das who is considered to be Indrani Mukherjea's first husband and Sheena's father. Zee News in its exclusive reports writes that Das rejected that he is the husband of Indrani Mukherjea who allegedly killed Sheena.

Das who currently resides in Kolkata told that he never married Indrani, though Sheena and Mikhail are his children.

Giving further detail about his relation with main accused in murder case, Das said that he first met Indrani in Guwahati and both fell in love.

Das revealed that he stayed with Indrani at her parents place in Guwahati where their two babies born. Elder daughter Sheena born in 1987 while younger Mikhail born in 1988, Das maintained.
On asking about how this love came to an end, Siddharth Das in an exclusive chat said that in 1999

Indrani suddenly disappeared after telling him that she had some work in Shillong. However, she never came back.

Das maintained that he went for searching Indrani but couldn't find her. He then returned back to Guwahati but was denied entry by Indrani's parent.

On prodding about why he never came to police after murder mystery came to light, Das said that he had forgotten his past life and had moved on. Das informed that after Indrani he married again and has 16-year-old son .

Earlier, Indrani Mukerjea, wife of former Star India CEO Peter Mukerjea was charged with poisoning and attempting to murder her son Mikhail.

Seeking further custody of the three key accused--Indrani, former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyam Rai--in the Sheena murder case, police told a metropolitan court they would like to establish a "financial trail" in the crime.

Meanwhile, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate S M Chandgade extended their police custody till September 5.

Mikhail, Indrani's son with her first husband Sidharth Das, had earlier told the police that she had thrice attempted to kill him and also spiked his drink the day Sheena disappeared in April 2012.
