Shame for Swachh Bharat: BJP spokesperson caught urinating in Ganga!
Allahabad, Feb 23: In a major embarrassment to the BJP, a top bureaucrat Vijay Bahadur Pathak was caught peeing in the holy river Ganga, shortly after addressing an event over need of toilets in Uttar Pradesh.
His video of urinating in public went viral on news channels and on social media. His act of shame comes as a huge blow to Swachh Bharat campaign.
Pathak is one of the state BJP spokesperson in Uttar Pradesh.
