'Sengol' Symbol Of Tamil Power Will Shine In New Parliament Building: Rajinikanth Thanks PM Modi
Superstar Rajinikanth conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the forthcoming installation of the revered 'Sengol' in the new Parliament building. Rajinikanth expressed his gratitude towards PM Modi, stating that the traditional symbol of Tamil power would shine in India's new Parliament building.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to inaugurate the new building on Sunday, and the historical ceremonial sceptre, 'Sengol,' will be placed near the chair of the Lok Sabha Speaker.

In a tweet from Tamil, Rajinikanth said, "The traditional symbol of Tamil power - the sceptre - will shine in India's new parliament building. My sincere thanks to the honorable PM Narendra Modi, who has made Tamilians proud."
The 'Sengol' sceptre, which symbolizes the transfer of power and was originally presented to the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in August 1947, was handed over to PM Modi at his residence by Adheenam seers from Tamil Nadu. Crafted from silver with a golden coating, the 'Sengol' had been housed in the Nehru Gallery of the Allahabad Museum but has been relocated to Delhi for its installation in the new Parliament building.
The installation of the iconic 'Sengol' in the new Parliament building is a momentous occasion, signifying the significance of Tamil power and heritage. Rajinikanth's appreciation for PM Modi's efforts echoes the pride felt by Tamilians, as this historic symbol takes its rightful place in the country's legislative center.
