SC: Ashok Chavan's plea in Adarsh scam to be heard on April 24
Mumbai, April 13: Former Maharashtra chief minister-Ashok Chavan may finally be heard by the SC on April 24. The apex court on Monday, decided to hear his plea against the Bombay high court's order in the Adarsh scam case.

In fact, the top court has asked the Maharashtra government to seek adjournment before the trial court in the case.

Earlier, in March, the Bombay high court had dismissed Chavan's appeal to recall delete his name from the multi-crore scam case.
