SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Last Day To Apply Today; Check Application Fees, Selection Process, And More

The State Bank of India (SBI) extended the registration deadline for the Probationary Officer (PO) Recruitment 2025 to January 19. Interested candidates now have until the end of today to complete their application process on the official SBI website.

This recruitment drive seeks to fill 600 vacancies for the position of Probationary Officer. Of these, 586 are regular posts, with the remaining 14 reserved for backlog ST candidates. The positions are divided across various categories, including General (240), OBC (158), EWS (58), SC (87), and ST (43).

The Preliminary Examination is scheduled between March 8 to 15, with the Main Examination expected in April or May 2025.

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Application Fees

Rs 750 for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates.
No fee for SC, ST, and Physically Handicapped candidates. The fee is payable online via debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Candidates must meet the age criteria of 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2024, with age relaxations provided as per SBI's recruitment rules.

To be eligible, applicants must have a bachelor's degree (either completed or in progress) in any discipline from a recognised university.

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The recruitment consists of three phases:

Preliminary Examination
Main Examination
Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview (Phase 3)

Candidates qualifying the Preliminary Examination will move on to the Main Examination, followed by Phase 3 for the final selection.

Important Documents: Candidates should retain their Preliminary Exam Call Letter and ID proof, which will be verified at the exam centre. For the Main Examination, candidates must bring the original Preliminary Exam Call Letter, the Main Exam Call Letter, and additional documents as listed in the "Acquaint Yourself Booklet" and Call Letter.
