SBI Clerk Notification 2024: 13,735 Posts Announced; Check Eligibility, Fees, And Exam Details Inside

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the notification for SBI Clerk Recruitment 2024, according to a Hindustan Times (HT) report. This drive will recruit 13,735 Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in the clerical cadre. Interested candidates can apply online at the official website, sbi.co.in, from December 17 to January 7.

Eligibility Criteria

i. Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Those with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) should ensure that the date of passing is on or before 31 December 2024.

ii. Age Limit
The age of applicants must be between 20 and 28 years as of 1 April 2024. This means candidates should be born between 2 April 1996 and 1 April 2004 (inclusive).

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

i. Preliminary Examination: An online objective test of 100 marks, lasting 1 hour.
ii. Main Examination: Shortlisted candidates from the prelims will appear for this phase.
iii. Language Proficiency Test: A test in the specified local language chosen by the candidate.

Application Fees

The application fee for the General, OBC, and EWS categories is ₹750. Candidates from SC, ST, PwBD, XS, and DXS categories are exempted from paying the fee. Payment can be made online using debit/credit cards or internet banking.
