Sankirth's kin clueless about motive behind murder

Hyderabad, July 21: Murdered techie Sankirth's family is still clueless as to why their son was stabbed to death, even as they are coping with the hardest reality of their lives.

The only witness to the murder, Praneeth, threw some light on what happened that ill-fated day. As per his narration, Sankirth was attacked after a quarrel broke out between him and his roommate Sandeep Goud. Praneeth further said that Sandeep stabbed Sankirth in an inebriated state.

25-year old Sankirth was the grandson of Narsapur ex-MLA Gundam Veeraiah. He was living in the Colonial Village at Quarry Oaks apartment complex since the past six months. Sandeep had moved in the apartment 15 days prior to the murder.
