Samay Raina's Name Added To Ranveer Allahbadia 'India's Got Latent' Case
Comedy can get you in trouble sometimes. Ranveer Allahabadia's casual statement offended some people this bad that stand-up comedians' careers is close to an end, and they are facing legal trouble. In the latest update in Ranveer Allahabadia ' India's Got Latent' case, the Supreme Court has ordered to add Samay Raina's name in the case.
Hearing the matter on Monday, Justice Surya Kant said, 'We are really disturbed by the allegations. We place such instances on record... implead the concerned persons... suggest measures. Then we will see.'
The apex court also ordered to extend Ranveer Allahabadia's interim protection from arrest, who is main accused in controversy and had made objectionable remarks about his parents' sex life in an episode of India's Got Latent.

The Supreme Court's decision came after it was announced that the Maharashtra police have concluded their investigation into the matter, with a chargesheet expected to be filed soon.
The Supreme Court has also requested the Assam police to clarify if the investigation concerning Allahbadia has been completed to determine if his further involvement in the probe is necessary.
The case, which has drawn widespread attention, is set to be revisited by the Supreme Court on April 28, when the next hearing is scheduled.
This case will set precedents regarding freedom of expression and the legal accountability of individuals in the entertainment industry.
